Which, okay, I don’t skate. I’m more of a “walk to the coffee shop and spill latte on my sneakers” kinda gal. But still! Durability matters, even for latte-spilling.
And then I saw something about 16oz canvas. SIXTEEN ounces! That’s like…serious canvas. Like, boat sail canvas. I’m picturing these beige sneakers surviving, like, a hurricane. Okay, maybe not a hurricane. But definitely a particularly aggressive sidewalk. Plus, the GOAT site has ’em, and GOAT’s always got the good stuff, even if you gotta, like, mortgage your apartment to afford it.
And then… navy accents on the beige ones? Color combo’s kinda fire, ngl. Kinda gives off a vintage-y, preppy-but-not-too-preppy vibe. Okay, I’m kinda sold on the beige now. But then, I’m easily swayed by good marketing and the promise of slightly-more-durable footwear.
